The roll out is underway! We are prepping for the next kit from BytheWell4God called Liars and Thieves. And by we, I mean the BytheWell4God Creative Team, of which I am now an official member! I am so honored that BytheWell4God asked me to be one of the nine creatives they chose to help share their products and ideas about how to get into the Word through them. I have been a fan of this business since I started Bible journaling, and I look forward to returning to them a bit of the love they’ve given to me.
On a practical note, being on the new creative team means that the kits I share here are provided by BytheWell4God, but the opinions offered are solely mine.
As always, I have two challenges when I get a kit–1) trying to fit all that comes with it in one photo and 2) trying not to read all the content as soon as I open it. This is another month I did not succeed!! First, the kit. Each BTW4G devotional kit comes loaded with creative goodies. As pictured here, the kit comes in a craft bag that includes a 4×6 stamp set, lots of die cuts, a watercolor sampler, three sheets of clear background stickers, three tip-ins (bookmarks), a sheet of coordinating alphas, flair, fabric clips, and most importantly, a devotional booklet. A more recent addition to the kits is some texture pieces. This month’s kit includes a feather and a little piece of rope like a lasso (that’s the first missing item from the photo). BTW4G always includes extras in their packages because they pack everything with prayers, love, and more. Check out fellow creative team member Lindsey Decor’s YouTube channel for a full unboxing and this month’s extras (the second thing missing from this photo)!
As I mentioned, I tend to dig into the content of the kit as soon as I get it out of the mailbox–as in walking down the driveway from the mailbox soon. This month was no exception I read ahead and was completely moved by the right and powerful discussion of the Word here. The first lesson is on fear so of course I felt like this kit is just for me. But I believe God placed this on Judi’s heart for you too! This 14 day devotional provides relevant Scriptures in addressing battles we face: fear, discontent, bitterness, discouragement, regret, failure, inadequacy, comparison, rejection, doubt, loneliness, false expectations, unanswered prayer, and suffering. These are all issues we’ve faced at one time or another. The exciting thing is that this devotional walks through how we can repel each of these lies and thieves with the Word of God.
As a result, I am doing a giveway over on my Instagram of this kit. If you can’t afford this kit this month or just haven’t jumped in with BTW4G yet, I hope you will enter. Find the post in my Instagram with the picture above and read the details on how to enter. Only one entry per person please and you must have a US mailing address. I’ll pick a winner on Tuesday, Jan 29.
If you’d like to purchase this kit and get started yourself, head over to the BTW4G Etsy shop. If you are interesting in seeing more of what is inside this kit and how we’ll be using it, please follow the creative team for BTW4G on Instagram:

I’m in love with this kit. This is a devotional that I am sure I will be revisiting after this month. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
Elisa, Agreed. I am already thinking I may not write in the booklet this month–it is definitely one to keep handy for later! Looking forward to your thoughts as well!
